Fellowship Opportunity

To help early career academic therapists develop a personalized program of teaching, supervision, clinical work, and scholarship in the area of relational ethics in therapy.

Components

  • Cohort-based mentoring (monthly) and consultation from Bill Doherty
  • Development of individualized development plans
  • A yearly in-personal gathering with other fellows
  • Personal feedback from Bill Doherty for writing, teaching, and presentations

Length

Two years, with possibility of extending (starting in the Spring/Summer of 2022)

Financial Aspects

Stipend of $1,000 per year. Coverage of non-transportation expenses for in-person meetings.

Eligibility

  • Early career, post Ph.D., in an academic setting
  • Involved in teaching, supervision, clinical work, and scholarship
  • An articulated plan for how to incorporate relational ethics into a career pathway
